Filamaty is a music-poetry project rooted in history: inspired by the secret student brotherhood of the Filomaths from the first half of the 19th century—and by the people and stories orbiting that world. The band brings together Relikt members Алесь Дзямідзенка, Віталь Макшун and Зміцер Наркевіч with poet-musician Уладзь Лянкевіч (Syndrom Samazvanca, SnopSnou, Luty Sakavik, ex-TonqiXod).
Filamaty doesn’t chase a single sound: everything revolves around guitars, but the palette is wide—grunge grit, surf-like glow, and progressive twists—always in service of atmosphere, narrative, and poetry.
