Since their inception in 2014, višniovy tort has evolved from a cohort of teenage classmate enthusiasts exploring noisy post-rock into pioneers of a progressive, frosty post-punk scene. Their musical journey was marked by the inclusion of the Chorus guitar effect and the adoption of authentic synthesizers, reshaping their sonic identity.

Their current repertoire spans diverse genres, incorporating dance-infused post-punk, soul-stirring shoegaze, and deep dub explorations. This multifaceted approach mirrors their ongoing quest for musical exploration and experimentation.

Emerging from Belarus' vibrant musical landscape and occasional appearances at local indie events, the band now graces alternative venues in Warsaw, humorously aiming to broaden their horizons across Europe. Their live performances playfully navigate genres, featuring a lineup in flux and sporadic, tongue-in-cheek nods to performance art.
